Track training for endurance runners takes place on Tuesday evenings at Paddington track, Tuesday evenings at Parliament Hill Track and Thursday evenings at Battersea. The sessions are also suitable for those training for cross country and triathlon racing. There is also a foundation track session on Monday evenings at Paddington track.
The club also organises a number of off-track training sessions for endurance runners, some coached and some uncoached. Please consult your coach for advice on which sessions will be best suited to your current fitness and training goals.
