Hill training

Off-track training sessions for endurance runners take place on Tuesday evenings at the Dome / O2 (an uncoached interval session), Saturday mornings at Greenwich (a coached hill session) and Saturday mornings at Hampstead (an uncoached hill session). 

The club also organises a number of coached track training sessions for endurance runners. Please consult your coach for advice on which sessions will be best suited to your current fitness and training goals.
