Regular Club Run Training

Club training runs take place on Wednesday evenings, Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings. We also have hill sessions on Saturday mornings at Greenwich and Primrose Hill.
Track training sessions take place on Monday (summer only), Tuesday and Thursday evenings - for details see the pages under the Track & Field section.
If you are coming along for the first time, you should aim to come to the Saturday morning runs, so that you have the best opportunity to meet everyone.
There are shower and changing facilities at the Seymour Leisure Centre (Weds and Sat), Mile End Stadium (Mon), Willesden track (Tues) and at Battersea Park track (Thurs). There are toilets you can change in at Richmond Park (Sun).
These are club training sessions, not races, and they accommodate runners of all abilities.
