The 7th London Triathlon League event is complete with some good results from the Serpie Team
Over ninety Serpies raced in the 1 mile championships at Paddington last night. Helen Palmer, Jonathan Bradford and Andrew Reeves picked up the trophies.
A few of the events to look out for in July
Helen Palmer (3:00), Javier Gomez (2:36) and Andrew Reeves (90.5%) are the male, female and age-graded 1k champions after the race in Hyde Park this morning.
The third fixture in this 5 race series is less than two weeks away. This is a 5m (8km) race and will be hosted by the the Ealing Eagles at Perivale Park. The Ealing Eagles have had agreat turnout so far and no doubt will have an even bigger showing at this, their home, fixture. Don't forget post races there is a picnic and this will be followed by a de-camp to a local coffee bar afterwards. All are welcome.
Challenge Roth on Sunday 17th July 2016 is the Long Distance Tri Champs race
Serpentine remains in top five position of Triathlon London League, but smaller clubs edge upwards after Round 5 and 6.
