Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships
Congratulations to Mariah McConnaughey, Catherine Higgs, Richard Phillips and Hugh Torry, who all represented Middlesex and Nick Torry who represented Surrey in the Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships and World Championships Trials.

The dates for the Summer League 2010 have now been confirmed.
