Annual General Meeting

Serpentine Club holds an Annual General Meeting in September each year. We have the minutes of all of the meetings from 1998 onwards available online. Use the menu on the right to select the meeting minutes you'd like to view.

The purpose of the AGM is

• to decide on any resolution which may have been submitted,
• to receive from the Committee a report, balance sheet, and statement of accounts for the preceding financial year,
• to elect the Honorary Officers and the Committee, to ratify the selection of Honorary President, and to appoint the Auditor for their terms.
