Hill training

Off-track training sessions for endurance runners take place on Thursday evenings at Primrose Hill (a coached hill session), Saturday mornings at Greenwich (a coached hill session) and Saturday mornings at Hampstead (an uncoached hill session). 

The club also organises a number of coached track training sessions for endurance runners. Please consult your coach for advice on which sessions will be best suited to your current fitness and training goals.
