Serpentine is central London's running, athletics and triathlon club. We welcome everyone from age 8 upwards whether they be complete beginners, national level athletes or anything in-between. If you want to try us out before joining we suggest:

Any Serpie thinking about coming on the 2020 Lanzarote trip should come to our launch party on  Wednesday 16th October at 7.45pm at The Union Bar, 88-90 George Street, W1U 8PA - a short walk from Seymour Centre. Wine, juices and food all laid on.

Call out for volunteers - North London XC champs, Sat 2nd Nov

This year Serpentine are hosting the North London cross country championships at Wormwood Scrubs on Saturday 2nd November, and Malcolm French and I need some help!

2019 Track & Field awards and club champions

On Wednesday 9th of October the club celebrated the 2019 T&F season with a social event and awards presentation.

A message from our Mental Health Champions - for World Mental Health Day

Thursday 10th October is World Mental Health day, and our Mental Health Champions would like to share some thoughts and highlight this year’s theme - suicide prevention.

We’re here to listen to anything, from a bad day at the office or that your dog has died, to you’re struggling with negative thoughts or even suicide -  and everything in between. #RunAndTalk helps with it all.

Greetings Serpies! You may know me from coaching at Paddington Tuesday Track and taking spin on Wednesdays. I am also a Level 3 Personal Trainer and I will be leading a monthly outdoor strength training session through Autumn and Winter
