Pre-Season T&F Coached Event Training

Pre-season coached practice sessions for newcomers to track & field or anyone who wants to refresh their technique before the beginning of the season. 26th March, 1st April and 9th April.

Serpie men - silver at SEAA 12-stage road relays

Serpentine had an excellent day at the SEAA 12-stage road relays in Gravesend on Saturday.

Masters road relays: Would you like to be part of a Serpie team?

As well as the bi-annual National Road relays in Sutton Park, Sutton Coldfield, each May the British Masters Federation hold road relays for Master Athletes aged 35+. It's a great event, using broadly the same course as the Nationals and gives you the opportunity to race against your contemporaries. The teams are organised by 10 year age bands, starting at 35 years old.

Dean Karnazes to run 2 Parks Run plus book signing

On Wednesday 19th April, we are excited to be hosting Dean Karnazes who will be joining our club for the 2 Parks run and providing a short talk about his new book entitled ‘The Road to Sparta’.

Green Belt Relay - waiting list now in operation

The Green Belt Relay, returns on the weekend of 20th & 21st May 2017. We have four teams (44 places - men, women, vets and mixed probably). Sign up now if you'd like to take part. We have a waiting list in operation but it's really worth signing up to it as there are always last minute drop-outs!

Last half of the London Marathon training run

This year's training run will take place on Sunday 9th April 2017. The run will start at 9am from Tower Hill tube station.
