3 laps of the Hampstead Heath Extension on pavement. Well organised and marshalled, with a slice of watermelon (each) and a mug for all finishers. Fairly warm day and a fairly hilly course meant that fast times were at a premium (just one man finished under 35 minutes) and PBs were probably rare. Congratulations to the ladies who took the team prize (Val Metcalf, Bec Podbury and Mulaika Kijjas)
