Report

Nice off-road course through a large park in which you can see deer and
golfers en route. The course terrain is described on the organiser's
web-site as "undulating" but this must be an out of date description. This
year it was hilly; unexpectedly so for most participants, particularly so
for first timers (moi included) but also for repeat runners: apparantly the
route had changed significantly from previous years. It was a good hill
training race! (matching & exceeding in places those hills in Greenwich
park) Very enjoyable, well organised event in a beautiful setting.
