Training for the London Marathon

If you are new to running, check out our Beginners' Guide to Running. This contains all the information you need to get you started. Included in the Beginners' Guide is a guide to designing your own marathon training schedule. There's also lots of useful information from the Serpentine Marathon Training Seminar of 2006.
