A ten mile cross country race which takes place on army training grounds. All off road, hills and sand dunes as well as the aptly named 'bog of doom'. No joke, the bog is neck deep, so it is very advantageous to be able to swim too! 2008 saw this race on a mild November morning. A good turn out and a great atmosphere. Makes an interesting change to road races. A definite recommendation for those who don't mind getting completely wet and completely muddy.
