Windy in places, the occasional pedestrian but congestion not a problem and the rain held off

As usual the BBC Running Club put on another well-organised and friendly race covering 10k of somewhat undulating terrain over a 3 lap course within Regents Park. What with the many corners, undulations and some sections being exposed to fairly strong gusts its a bit of a push to say that the course boats bags of PB potential but with a small field of runners of evenly distributed ability its definitely a race that has something for both the up-and-coming 10k runner through to the more seasoned middle distance road campaigner.
