The Club Championship races are run throughout the year. In the main age-graded championship, trophies are awarded for the best male, female and age-graded performance in each event. The age-graded championship goes to the member with the highest average from qualifying championship races: in most years this is a selection of road races with a couple of track races included as part of the summer grand-prix (where we hold four short races for Serpies only in the space of three or four weeks. For a few years some of the shorter track races were also included but from 2017 on the track & field championships will be a separate series.
