Monday evening 6-7pm (Elena); Wednesday mornings 7:30-8:30am (Katia)

Zoom based sessions targeted at runners and triathletes. A voluntary payment of up to £10 per session is requested of those on a full or reduced salary. NHS workers, volunteers, or those on low incomes go free. More details and sign up here.
