September Road Relays - Middlesex & Southern
September is fast approaching which means Road Relay season - a great opportunity to compete as part of a team and spin out the legs over some short distances as Track & Field season closes, we move into some competitive Autumn 10ks / half marathons and lead into the cross country season. The events are as follows.
Middlesex Road Relays
When? Sunday 10th September
Where? Minet Centre, Hayes
What? 3 x c.3000m
Eligible to compete? Born in Middlesex or live in the County currently

Southern Road Relays
When? Saturday 23rd September
Where? Rushmoor Arena, Aldershot
What? 6 stages (Men), 4 stages (Women)
Eligible to compete? First claim Serpentine member
