Serpies Trail Run - Sunday 27 February, Chilterns
Following on from two enjoyable runs on the North Downs, this month the Serpie Trail Runners will return to the Chilterns for a circular route from the historic market town of Berkhamsted.
Date: Sunday 27 February
Place: Berkhamsted, Chilterns - meeting in London for travel by train
The route will be roughly 20 - 22km (13-14 miles) in total. To make it easier for those coming from London, we will meet at Euston Station to travel together. The journey time is just 30 minutes. After the run, you will be able to join us in a local pub to celebrate and rest.
For those who have run with us before, you will recognise how nice it is to escape London for a morning and enjoy fresh air and friendly chat. The route is quite hilly in parts, multi-terrain and likely to be a bit muddy.
This run will be at a social pace. The idea is to run together and have fun. If you can run a 10k in about 60 minutes and have covered this sort of distance before, you should be fine to run at a social pace. If anyone is interested in guiding a group either at the front or as tail runner then please indicate on the sign up page.

You need to be a Serpentine RC member to participate. After signing up you will be contacted nearer the time to let you know the meeting time (it will be in the morning) and exact location. You will also be sent more details of the route.
