Women and men aged 70+ run approx 6 km at 11:45
Men aged 40 to 69 run approx 10 km at 14:15
Races are at Lloyd Park, Croydon, CR0 5RA.
***Medals awarded for individuals 1,2 and 3 in 5-year age-bands up to age 69. 70+ counts as one age-band.
***Team medals (3 to score) for 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams in 10-year age-bands: 40; 50 and 60
