Our club runs are held every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. Full details and sign-up for Wednesday night runs are here and Saturday morning runs here.   

All participants are reminded that if they or a household member are unwell they are not to attend club activities and to follow Public Health and government guidance. If they have been involved in any club activities within 14 days before or after becoming unwell or receiving a positive test they must inform the club Covid Coordinator Sid Wills 
Booking a place on the session confirms you are fit and not required to self isolate as per Government and Public Health guidance.

Our club runs in Hyde Park happen on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. They are training sessions, not races, and are suitable for adult runners of all abilities. Particpants choose their pace group and run together in a social and friendly environment.   Full details and sign-up for Wednesday night runs are here and Saturday morning runs here.   You can sign-up up to two weeks in advance.  

Many of our members participate in our club runs on a regular basis, but these sessions are also ideal for non-members who would like to come and try us out once or twice before deciding whether they would like to join us (Note: for other coached sessions in our training diary participants are required to have joined the club in advance).
