Assembly League - Race 5 at Victoria Park on 1 August

The fifth race in this year's Assembly League series will be in Victoria Park, Hackney on Thursday 1 August.  The race distance will be 3.5 miles and it starts at 7.30pm.

The Assembly League is free to enter and open to all club members, so please do come along if you are free.  It would be great to see more people taking part!  Simply turn up on the day with your Serpie top at the clubhouse and find the envelope with the Serpie race numbers.  Once again, it would be really helpful to have one club member who can record who has which number and then liaise with me and the race organisers.

The clubhouse is on the north-east edge of the park, at the junction of Cadogan Terrace and Victoria Park Road, E9 5EG, and there are changing rooms, showers and bag storage facilities.  We also expect that the club’s bar will be open after the race and offer a range of good-value drinks and sandwiches.
