The run

We will run through Epping Forest an extensive area of ancient woodland accessible from the tube network.   Sean Taylor will lead a 14 mile run, with an option for people to cut short at 9 miles and return via. Chingford Station. The pace will be social and set to suit the whole group, but there'll be plenty of opportunities for faster runners to add some hill sprints on the route.

To give us an idea of numbers please sign up on the race and event planner here

Trains

Meet outside Epping Station (Central Line) at 09:30.

Return from Snaresbrook Station (Central Line)

What to bring

Please note this is an unsupported run and we don't have any bag storage, so come in your running gear and bring only what you will carry with you. Bring sufficient water, a waterproof jacket /warm top for afterwards (dependent on weather conditions), and a small rucksack to carry these items.  Trail shoes recommended.
