10k club championship race - entry now open
The 10k club championship will be held within the Middlesex and Open 10k in Victoria Park on Sunday 29 September at 10:30am.
Race entry is now open, and costs a bargain £6.
The race is suitable for all standards, and offers a flat fast course with plenty of good club runners to compete against, which should hopefully offer plenty of PB potential. It is also the Middlesex 10k county champs, so for those of you resident in Middlesex there is the possibility of some county-level as well as club-level bling.
I expect race entries to be open until shortly before the race and will be in touch again if that is ever likely to change. We will also be in touch later on to ask for a small number of volunteers to help out on the day.
By way of reminder, the half-marathon club championship will be held in the Maidenhead Half Marathon on Sunday 1 September. My earlier news item with details of how to obtain a 20% discount on race entry can be viewed here.
