About Jasyoga

Jasyoga is a revolutionary approach to yoga for athletes. For nearly a decade, Founder & Head Coach Erin Taylor has evolved Jasyoga on the West Coast of the U.S. as a practical approach to optimise recovery, injury prevention, and performance. Now running in both London and Seattle, Jasyoga has been widely embraced by runners ranging from novice to elite, and can be configured to help anyone achieve their sports and fitness goals.

“Jasyoga is specific to athletes, an ideal way to ‘Hit Reset’ and assist in recovery and rejuvenation, but it's not like other yin yoga or restorative classes. Erin takes the physical and mental benefits of yoga for athletes and makes those connections better than any other yoga instructor I've had. It makes yoga very accessible for sporty people, and motivates you to be consistent.” – Lauren Fleshman, pro runner & 2Jtime U.S. 5K champ
