Serpie Bank Holiday Monday Trail Run
This is a beautiful point to point run through Epping Forest, ending at Epping tube.The total distance will be about 20km. It's a mix of pavement, gravel path and trail and is a bit undulating in parts.
Date: Monday 28 August
Place: Epping Forest, meeting at Leytonstone Tube Station
An extra trail run this month for the Bank Holiday. The first part of the route is paved, but this soon changes to forest trails. We will end in a pub near Epping to celebrate and rest before heading back to London. Unless it is very wet, trail shoes are optional for this run. Unfortunately no shorter run/walk option this time.

You need to be a Serpentine RC member to participate. After signing up you will be contacted on the Friday before the run to let you know the meeting time (it will be in the morning), location and a GPX of the route.
