Report

Excellent mostly flat PB run which traditionally takes place the same
week as the London Marathon- perhaps just for runners who want to run
fast and not far?! In any case it's a fast field of club runners.
Effectively organised with liquid and a t-shirt at the end. The
outbound leg is the most scenic, with a view of the sea and then mild
undulations running through the dunes. Some of the the road-side paths
are mildly uneven and interrupted by kerbs on the closing stretch -
nothing serious tho. Definitely recommend for the PB potential.
