Good - sunny but not too warm

Conditions were good, sunny but not too warm, and about 300 people started.
The course is reasonably flat, undulating along the cliff top for the most
part, although there are a couple of steep parts where the course goes down
to the promenade then up towards the finish at the end. Organisation was
good, although the "limited changing facilities" are in fact the local
public convenience, so there's nowhere to shower.
