A well organised event held on the banks of the river Gardon at Alès in the Languedoc-Roussillon. 1.5k 2 loop river swim, one loop 47k bike ride out into the hills with 720m climb and a 10k run along the river banks. Very hot (35 degrees) so they had lots of refreshment points including on the bike. Excellent event
