Club Runs


Our club runs in Hyde Park happen on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. They are training sessions, not races, and are suitable for adult runners of all abilities. Participants choose their pace group and run together in a social and friendly environment.

Non-member sign-up 

Many of our members participate in our club runs on a regular basis, but the Wednesday and Saturday club runs are also ideal for non-members who would like to come and try us out before deciding whether they would like to join us (Note: the only coached session which you can join as a trial is the Greenwich hill session on Saturday morning).  If you are a total beginner we recommend you start with our beginners run course as the shortest run at the club runs is 7km; if however you can run 5k in around 35 minutes without stopping to walk you are welcome to join the club runs.
