Serpentine Beginners’ Courses

Do you want to start running or would you like to train for your first 10K race?   This autumn we have 2 courses aimed at beginners, novice runners and those wanting to run their first 10K.   These courses are open to both members and non-members.  We ask that non-members sign-up as a member within the first 3 weeks of the course.   We plan to run these again in the future, so if you are interested sign-up and we’ll be in touch.

The courses are free and details of our club membership fees are here.
