Sunny and dry, but many puddles after overnight rain. Moderate breeze. ~14°C.

One of numerous free weekly 5K parkruns across the UK (see website). The Kingsbury course is flat, mostly on compacted gravel paths around lakes, with c.1km on tarmac from the start and the same back to the finish.
