Report

The second edition of this race around Lake Sempach, starting and finishing
in the small town of Sursee not far from Lucerne, took place in sweltering
conditions. The nearly 1,000 runners enjoyed great support and entertainment
(alphorn music and cow bells) along the mainly flat route. Well organised;
water stations with water, isotonic drinks, bananas and - most importantly -
wet sponges.
