The weather was extremely hot and balmy so the run was a struggle, but worth it as after the race you were handed a glass of champagne to enjoy. There were hot showers available plus facilities to get your hair, makeup and nails professionally done. The atmosphere was great, one big party with a bar, bbq and music afterwards. A very enjoyable way to spend a hot summers evening.
