Cool but bright day with a light, cold breeze coming off the water.

2 lap, flat, figure of 8, course around 2 reservoirs in Monikie Country Park (outside of Dundee) mainly on grass with a short section twisting through woodland. Organised for the Diabetes Research Campaign at the University of Dundee attracting entrants from walkers to serious runners. EXTREMELY well organised by www.eventfull.biz from signing up through to leaving the park. Great PB potential and good for spectators as you pass the same spot 4 times – park café at the start was also open. Brian Cox (actor) was in attendance.

Goodie bag for all finishers, trophies for first 3 M/F Senior finishers and first 2 M/F Vets and Super Vets.
