Congratulations to Grace Wu who was second lady.

Conditions: It poured before and after the race so there were lots of puddles on the ground. There was also a slight breeze.

The Regents Park Summer 10K series are well organised, have a fairly small field, chip timing and friendly marshals.

The race costs £10 (which I think is resonable) and you don't get a t-shirt or a medal unless you win. You do get water and a banana at the end.

The course itself is undulating and has a few sharp turns.

The Regents Park 10k's are not as quick as the Battersea Park Sri Chinmoy events or the Middlesex 10k in Victoria Park but are still good races.
