Report
Pisa half marathon is a race I highly recommend, it is flat and very well organized. The course starts and ends at the Presidential residency of San Rossore, in a beautiful pinewood, once left the trees it points towards the Arno river entering the centre of the city, going through the Piazza dei Miracoli where you turn around the leaning tower. Then back to the river and to San Rossore through country roads.
Good food waits for you at the arrival, including cakes and "bread and tomatoes". Coeliac runners would find suitable food (at least at the end I'm not 100% sure along way).
The goodies bag included a technical running kit (vest+shorts).
