Report

Lovely road race point to point from EUR Roma to the roman seaside. Notoriously fast course on a dead straight road lined by mediterranean pines. Mostly flat apart from a long steady incline from 6.5km to 9km, from which you can both see and smell the sea. At this time of the year, conditions are often wet and windy on a 4 km loop on the beautiful promenade. 2009 was not, alas, an exception to this rule.
