Three laps of a 2.7km course round Perry Park, Birmingham (two laps for women and men 70+). Start/finish by Alexander Stadium, home of Birchfield Harriers. Firm/soft underfoot but not muddy. Many wearing spikes, but trail shoes OK. 77 runners.
