Course was described as flat but I would describe it as undulating (total ascent 380m), part of which runs along the cliff-tops, fortunately it was not windy, but was a cool calm day. Nice course, low key event but well marshalled, not lots of crowds to encourage faster running than sensible. Uphill in the last mile! Considerably harder than London.
