Report
Ryde Harriers traditionally put on this race over the Easter weekend and this race always falls on the Saturday after Good Friday. The race is hilly, with the first hill coming near the start and continuing for over a mile, there is also a shorter steep hill at the finish with a few in between for good measure. As the name suggests the race starts in Newport and finishes in Ryde (the 2 largest towns on the island).
This year the race was run in sunny, hot, dry conditions.
