Bright clear day and good conditions underfoot except for one muddy section.

Large XC event organised by Athletics Ireland on the course being used for the 2020 European Cross Country Championships. The event was also the Irish team selection race for the annual GB&I Masters International Cross Country match, held each November. Nice purpose-built course on the National Sports Campus with some gentle hills, though the short laps (c. 1 mile each) made it a little repetitive.
