Report

The first cross country champs of the season saw some great results for the men and women and an impressive medal haul with the race incorporating two championships into one race.

In the women's race Tash Sheel took bronze in the North London Champs and the team of Tash, Ines, Lynne and Sophie took the silver team medal in both the North London and Liddiard champs.
While the men cleaned up, showing that having strength in depth really does matter. We won gold in (deep breath) the North London champs, 6 team to score, 8 team to score and 12 team to score in the Liddiard champs. An impressive medal haul as well as two rather nice trophies.

Thanks go to Malcolm French for race entries and organisation on the day and Lisa Pettit for Serpie help on the day.
