The Southern County Veterans Athletics Championships took place at Lee Valley Athletics Centre yesterday and there were Serpie Medal winners amongst the competitors.

Medals are only awarded if the competitors reach a certain standard so it was very pleasing to see Hel James who has been training hard with
Hastings AC throughout the winter Win Silver in the 200m and Bronze in the
60m in her age group.

Brenda Green also won two golds in the FV75 age group.
