Cancellation and Amendments Policy
Cancellation by Club La Santa due to Covid-19
It does not apply to the 2024 trip any more. We will update should it change.
Cancellation by the traveller
Subject to any changed to Club La Santa's policy, the following arrangements will apply:
Until 4th December 2023
Deposit non-refundable, however any further payment towards the full cost of the trip will be refunded.
From 4th December 2023 to 2nd January 2024
50% of total balance to be refunded
From 3rd January to 31st January 2024
70% of total balance withheld; 30% refunded
1st February 2024 and later
100% of the total balance withheld; no refund possible
Note: If unfortunately you have to withdraw but you manage to you find someone to replace you, what you have paid will be refunded.
Cancellation by Club La Santa
The Serpentine Club acts only as a facilitator of the trip and does not take responsibilities for Club La Santa failure on its obligations. Refund by Club La Santa of costs (accommodation, transfers) due to cancellation by Club La Santa are subject to the terms of booking with CLS (found here). In case of cancellation from Club La Santa, the Serpentine club will transfer to the participants all refunds payments it would receive less the fees it may have been charged, however, it will not cover the difference should not all refund be obtained from CLS. In case of cancellation by La Santa before the trip, the Serpentine club will refund the payments received for coaching and other activities costs.
Amendments
If you amend your booking, an administration fee of £25 will be charged for any changes you make.
