Seymour Leisure Centre

The Seymour Leisure Centre is closing. Club Runs are no longer held at Seymour.

The Seymour Leisure Centre was the home of Serpentine and was the meeting point for the club's Wednesday and Saturday runs. Please note that the Seymour is operated by Greenwich Leisure Limited, not by Serpentine.

Arrival

Members of the Serpentine Running Club can use the changing rooms and showers at any time. During Wednesday and Saturday runs a Serpie (usually a Committee member) will be on duty in reception to check your MEMBERSHIP CARD (if you have joined the club recently and not yet received your membership card please bring in your membership confirmation email). At all other times, please show your membership card to the staff in the Seymour reception and they will let you into the centre after signing the Serpentine register.

Changing and Lockers

After passing through the turnstiles, the changing rooms are down the corridor to the left of reception. Once changed into your running kit take your bag downstairs to the clubroom, Do not use the changing room lockers. After changing, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, please make your way to the club room to leave your baggage and meet other Serpies for your run.

Club Room

The club room is located in the basement at the rear of the Seymour Centre. To find it, make your way down the left had side of the sports hall then turn left through the doors at the far end. Turn right and go down the stairs. The club room is directly opposite the foot of the stairs.

Kit Room

Kit can be purchased from the kit room in the basement of the Seymour Centre, adjacent to the club room area. See our kit pages for information about how and when you can buy kit.
