Medical Certificates
Many foreign races require a medical certificate from you when you enter. This is particularly true of French races so if you're planning on running the Paris marathon, for example, you'll need to get one.
What do I need?
This is the question that crops up time and again. Races ask for a certificate but it's never clear what is really needed so we have produced a simple certificate which will be adequate for most races. It's in French & English as French races are the most likely to ask for one. Simply print it out and get your doctor to sign it!
