Notice of the Annual General Meeting on 23 July 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Serpentine Running and Triathlon Club will be held at 20:00 on Wednesday 23 July 2025 at the Main Hall, Ark King Solomon Academy, Penfold Street London NW1 6RX
The business of the AGM shall be:
- to receive the Trustees’ Report for the period ended 31 March 2025
- to receive the Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2025 from the Treasurer
- to appoint individuals to the following roles and as also appoint each as a Trustee:
- the Chair
- the Treasurer
- the Secretary
- to appoint additional Trustees
- to appoint the other Committee Members
- to deal with motions proposed by members and to deal with any other matters as the Trustees consider appropriate
Please send any nominations for Trustees and other Committee Members to the Secretary by email by Wednesday 9 July 2025. All nominations must be proposed and seconded by two other members and the member must confirm their willingness to stand for election. The nomination must also clearly state for which position the member is standing.
Any resolutions proposed for consideration by the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Secretary by email by Tuesday 1 July 2025. Notice of the text of any resolutions received shall be given by Wednesday 9 July 2025 by means of a notice on the website.
