Greenwich Kenyan Hills on Saturday 2 March

Come and get fitter and firmer in beautiful Greenwich Park on Saturday morning. We're doing our Kenyan session: 40 mins of continuous up-and-down tempo effort hill running covering 12 different hills. It's tough but fun, especially once you've conquered the final summit and your legs and lungs will thank you later.

If you're bringing a car-boot to store our gear in, you will be especially welcome!

Meet as usual at the second bench to the right of the mini-roundabout at the top of the main Avenue in the Park at 10am, ready to warm up.

Coffee, craic and cake in the cafe afterwards.
