Early Morning run training

We know that some of you prefer running in the morning, so great news for you…  From next Thursday 16th May Lina (who is a qualified coach) will be leading a morning coached run session in Battersea Park.   This will be a fun, structured session suitable for all abilities who want to improve their 5K to half-marathon time.  Sessions will vary, but expect a mix of fartlek, intervals and working in pairs.

Meet in front of Battersea track at 07:30am.  The session will be finished by 08:30.

Please email Lina at technical@serpentine.org.uk to attend each session so she knows who to expect.

This is a trial, which will run for at least 2 months, with a view to adding this as a regular session to the Serpentine training diary.  If you want to take part in an early morning session but this doesn’t work for you, we’d love to hear what might work better.
