Let us know you’re coming

Please put your name down here to let us know you’re coming so we have an idea about numbers, although this is not mandatory and you can just show up on the day. In the same sign-up form you can ask the committee a question regarding the club’s affairs.

As usual after the AGM, attendees will have a chance to get together near the venue. Our post AGM social will be in the BrewDog pub in Paddington (Harbet Rd, London, W2 1AJ. Closest Tube: Edgware Road). Please join us for some drinks and nibbles there – let us know in the same sign-up form.

Interested in Joining the Committee?

Do you feel like you have something to contribute to the Club? If so, why not join the committee? Any first claim Ordinary Member or Life Member with at least one year of Serpentine RC membership may be nominated to join. We currently have a few vacant positions, including Social, Junior’s, and Athletics Representatives and also a new Welfare Officer. Interested to find out more? Please speak to our Honorary Secretary Kristin Raassum who will be happy to explain to you how the committee works. Nominations must be received by Wednesday 31st August 2022.

Wednesday Club Runs on 14th Sept

In order for us to reach the AGM (a 14-minute walk from the Seymour Centre), there will be some small changes to the Club Runs that evening. There will be no Hampstead run and all the run groups will leave the Seymour at 18:20 with a start from Speakers Corner at 18:30. You are advised to run 2 parks or a shorter run, to return to the Seymour by 19:35 when the bag room will close.

See you on 14th Sept!
