Annual General Meeting – 14 September 2022
The purpose of the AGM is:
- to decide on any resolution which may be duly submitted to the meeting as provided by the Nominations to be Honorary Officers (Chair, Treasurer, Secretary), and for membership of the Committee must be received by the Hon Secretary in writing (including email) by Wednesday 31 August 2022. Any first claim Ordinary Member or Life Member of at least one year’s standing may be nominated. They must be proposed and seconded by two other members, and must confirm their willingness to stand for election. The nomination must also clearly state for which position(s) the member is standing.
Any resolutions proposed for consideration by the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Hon Secretary by Tuesday 23 August 2022. Notice of the text of any resolutions received shall be given by the Hon Secretary by Wednesday 31 August 2022 by means of a notice displayed in the Club Room at the Seymour Leisure Centre, and on the website,
