County Cross Country Championships (Middlesex & Essex 8th Jan, Surrey 9th Jan)

The County Cross Country Championships are different from other cross-country championships in that the race you enter is dependent on where you, as an individual, live / were born.
Please note that these are separate competitions from the Southern Championships (or SEAA Cross Country Championships). There is a separate email for that race – please follow this link.
To be eligible to race in a County Championship you must have either:
- 9+months continuous bona fide residence in the County immediately prior to the date of the championships; or
- Been born in the county.
Which County am I?
Middlesex: Central London Boroughs North of the Thames, and North and West London Boroughs.
Essex: East London Boroughs North of the Thames. Please note earlier sign up deadline than the other two counties (Wed 22nd Dec)
Surrey: Boroughs South of the Thames except Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Beckenham, Bromley & Eltham (which are in Kent).
